This report examines business attitudes towards the judicial system in Georgia.
The paper relies on quantitative and qualitative research methods and suggests that, overall, businesses have a rather positive attitude towards the judicial system.
CRRC-Georgia prepared the study for the project “Supporting the Rule of Law in Georgia” (PROLoG), funded by USAID and implemented by the East-West Management Institute (EWMI).
