This policy brief analyzes how the 2020 Parliamentary elections affected the spread of Covid-19.

The study uses synthetic control models and suggests that between 1,250 and 1,450 COVID-19 deaths and between 100,000 and 140,000 cases of COVID were likely attributable to the October 2020 parliamentary elections.
